Chrome and Android are OEM only and Chromium requires compiling from source. Iron is only in early-concept stages. *

So if you can't get your hands on a machine with them or you cannot compile Chrome then at the moment you cannot preview them freely. It's not like there is that much you'd want to see anyway. It's a Linux OS/Distro made to mainly run google software, namely the Chrome browser and google-based widgets. *
